Colive Fukuoka 2026 – Code of Conduct & Liability Waiver
Introduction
Colive Fukuoka is a "Co-creation Ecosystem" designed to dissolve borders and foster meaningful exchange. To ensure a safe, inclusive, and psychologically secure environment for all participants, everyone—including ticket holders, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and staff—must agree to and uphold this Code of Conduct.
1. Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy
Colive Fukuoka strictly prohibits harassment and discrimination in any form to ensure a respectful environment for all. We do not tolerate any behavior that disrespects the dignity of others.
- Respect Boundaries: Just because we are a friendly community does not mean personal boundaries can be ignored. Consent is mandatory for any interaction.
- Reporting & Enforcement: If you experience or witness any behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please contact the Colive Fukuoka host team immediately.
- Consequences: The organizers reserve the right to take immediate action at their sole discretion. This includes issuing warnings or forcibly expelling the offender from the community and event without refund, and banning them from future participation.
2. Liability Waiver & Insurance Recommendation
By participating in Colive Fukuoka, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding safety and liability:
- Release of Liability: The organizers (Yugyo Inc., Fukuoka City, and partners) shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any physical injuries, illnesses, accidents, incidents, theft, property damage, or disputes between participants that may occur during the program period, regardless of the cause or location.
- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and actions throughout the event.
- Insurance Recommendation: To avoid unforeseen issues and financial losses, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive personal travel and health insurance before joining the program.
3. Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Socializing is part of our culture, but excessive intoxication that leads to disruptive behavior or endangers oneself/others will not be tolerated. Staff reserves the right to deny service or ask intoxicated participants to leave venues.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of the program（Colive Fukuoka 2026）, the following cancellation policy applies. Please note that system usage fees (approx. 4-5%) are non-refundable in all cases.
- Until August 15 (23:59 JST): 100% Refund
- Aug 16 – Sep 15 (23:59 JST): 50% Refund
- Sep 16 – Sep 30 (23:59 JST): 30% Refund
- From October 1 (0:00 JST): Non-refundable and non-cancellable for any reason (including weather, personal health, or travel issues). Note: Tickets are generally non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the administration.
5. Portrait Rights & Media Usage
Participants agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken by the official media team or local media without prior notice for public relations purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such materials in Colive Fukuoka's future promotional activities and media coverage. If you prefer not to be photographed due to special circumstances, please inform the staff to receive a specific identification marker or notify the photographer directly.
6.Digital Environment
Wi-Fi and power access are provided on a "best-effort" basis. The organizers are not responsible for data loss, connectivity interruptions, or security breaches on personal devices.
7.Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court.
8.Personal Information Handling
The collection, use, and management of personal information provided by participants will be governed by Colive Fukuoka’s separate Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Privacy Policy regarding data handling.

はじめに
Colive Fukuokaは、国境を越えた「共創」を生み出すエコシステムです。800名を超える参加者全員にとって、心理的に安全で包括的な環境を保証するために、チケット購入者、登壇者、ボランティア、スポンサー、運営スタッフを含む全ての関係者は、本行動規範に同意し、これを遵守する必要があります。
1. ハラスメントに対するゼロ・トレランス（不寛容）ポリシー
Colive Fukuokaは、全ての参加者が尊重される環境を守るため、いかなる形態のハラスメントや差別も厳格に禁止します。 他者の尊厳を傷つける行為は一切容認されません。 境界線の尊重: 「フレンドリーなコミュニティだからといって、他者の個人的な境界線（バウンダリー）を越えていいわけではありません」。 あらゆる交流において、相手の同意が不可欠です。 通報と対応: 不快に感じる行為、または不安を覚える行為を受けた場合、あるいは目撃した場合は、直ちにColive Fukuokaホストチームへご連絡ください。 措置: 運営チームは、その独自の判断（裁量）に基づき、警告、または返金を伴わない強制的なイベントおよびコミュニティからの排除、将来の参加禁止措置を含む、あらゆる適切な措置を即座に講じる権利を有します。
2. 免責事項および保険加入の推奨
Colive Fukuokaへの参加にあたり、参加者は以下の安全および責任に関する条項に同意するものとします。 責任の免除: 主催者（株式会社遊行、福岡市、およびパートナー企業）は、プログラム期間中に発生した、いかなる身体的怪我、病気、事故、事件、盗難、器物破損、または参加者間のトラブルについて、その原因や場所を問わず、一切の責任を負いません。 自己責任: イベント期間中の健康管理、安全確保、および自身の行動については、参加者自身が単独で責任を負うものとします。 保険加入の推奨: 予期せぬトラブルや経済的損失を未然に防ぐため、全ての参加者に対し、プログラム参加前に包括的な海外旅行保険や健康保険に各自で加入することを強く推奨します。
3. アルコールに関する規定
交流は私たちの文化の一部ですが、自身や他者を危険にさらす、または迷惑をかけるほどの過度な飲酒は容認されません。運営スタッフは、泥酔した参加者への提供拒否、または会場からの退去を求める権利を有します。
4. 返金およびキャンセルポリシー
プログラムの持続可能性を維持するため、以下のキャンセルポリシーを適用します。システム利用料はいかなる場合も返金されませんのでご了承ください。 8月15日（日本時間23:59）まで: 100%返金 8月16日 〜 9月15日（日本時間23:59）: 50%返金 9月16日 〜 9月30日（日本時間23:59）: 30%返金 10月1日（日本時間0:00）以降: 天候、個人の健康状態、交通事情等、いかなる理由であっても返金・キャンセルは不可。 注：運営事務局による明示的な承認がない限り、チケットの譲渡は原則として認められません。
5. 肖像権およびメディア利用
参加者は、広報活動の一環として、公式メディアチームまたは現地メディアによる写真および動画の撮影が事前告知なく行われることに同意するものとします。また、撮影された素材がColive Fukuokaの今後の広報活動や各種メディアに使用されることに同意するものとします。 特別な事情により撮影を希望されない場合は、スタッフにお申し出いただき識別マーカーを受け取るか、その旨を撮影者に直接お伝えください。
6. デジタル環境
Wi-Fiおよび電源は「ベストエフォート（最大限の努力）」ベースで提供されます。個人のデバイスにおけるデータ損失、接続の中断、セキュリティ侵害等について、主催者は責任を負いません。
7. 準拠法および管轄裁判所 本合意書は日本法に準拠します。本イベントに関していかなる紛争が生じた場合も、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
8. 個人情報の取り扱い 参加者から提供された個人情報の収集、利用、および管理については、Colive Fukuokaが別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に準拠します。本行動規範への同意をもって、参加者はデータの取り扱いに関するプライバシーポリシーを確認し、これに同意したものとみなされます。
