This year at Bansko Nomad Fest in Bulgaria, the world's largest nomad festival, we are bringing a special co-creation program. We have prepared a space where globe-trotting peers can connect deeply, share diverse values, and design our next journeys together.

• Industry Day: A Vision for Making the Right Deal (June 20 | 3:30PM - 5PM @Main Stage)
  Colive FukuokaCo-founder Ryo Osera takes the stage to share an exclusive look into the cutting-edge vision and unique approach of our project.

• Happi Ceremony & Photo Moment (June 21 | 6:00PM @ City Park)
  The unveiling of the special collaboration Happi coat between Bansko Nomad Fest and Colive Fukuoka. A moment to celebrate the unity of our communities together.

• JAPAN BOOTH: Feel Japan (June 21–27 @ City Park)
  A calming "Wa" (Japanese harmony) space emerges right in the center of Bansko. Take a breath on authentic Tatami mats and experience the culture and atmosphere of Japan firsthand.

• RUN CLUB with GENKI (June 23 & 25 | 8:00AM @ Genki Booth in City Park)
  Hosted in collaboration with Genki. Let's hit the road together in the crisp morning air and start the day full of energy.

• Matcha Wars: The Secret Behind the World's Favorite Green (June 23 | 10:10-10:40AM @ Main Stage)
  Colive Fukuoka Co-founder Ryo Osera takes the stage to discuss the realities and secrets behind the global matcha craze that is captivating the world right now.

• Japan Night (June 23 | 6:00PM @ Coliving Valentina Heights Bansko)
  A night of Japanese cuisine and cross-cultural connection🍜 Gather with fellow founders, creators, and the Colive Fukuoka team to share stories, and co-create special night across borders.

• UNCONFERENCE: WHERE TO INVEST IN THE AGE OF AI? (June 25 | 3:00PM @ Japan Booth)
  Where are you investing in the age of AI? We will navigate this question with no single right answer by bringing together diverse values from the community, exploring future ecosystems through open dialogue.

• Ikigai Session: What is your reason for being (June 28 | 2:00PM @ Nestwork Premium Coworking Bansko)
  Alongside a documentary film created during Colive Fukuoka 2025, we will draw on the gentle wisdom of a Japanese grandmother to reflect together on your "Ikigai" (reason for being) in the present moment.
